Human Trafficking
A multi-billion dollar industry, human trafficking occurs in nearly every metropolitan city worldwide. Its victims, mostly women and children, are forced to sell their bodies for someone else's gain. Many are kidnapped, some are lured with false promises of employment, and yet others are turned over by their own families in exchange for cash or simply because they can't take on another mouth to feed.

- Armed Conflict: civil unrest destroys livelihoods, damages economies, and causes mass population movements.
